Welcome to Ceramex.ca. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from CERAMEX ENTERPRISE INC. (operating as CERAMEX TILE & STONE). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All content on this site, including images and text, is the property of Ceramex Tile & Stone and may not be reproduced without permission.

2. Product Accuracy (Variations)

  • Natural & Manufactured Characteristics: Tiles are subject to natural variations in color, shade (dye lots), and texture.

  • Samples: Samples are intended to be a representative guide. The actual delivered product may vary slightly from samples or digital images.

  • Quantities: Customers are responsible for ensuring correct measurements. We recommend ordering 10-15% extra for waste, cuts, and future repairs.
     

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in CAD (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders must be paid in full before shipping or local pickup.

  • For US customers, prices do not include potential import duties or brokerage fees unless specified.
     

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Scope: We ship across British Columbia, nationwide in Canada, and to the USA.

  • Inspection: Customers must inspect all materials upon delivery. Any claims for damages, breakage, or shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and reported to info@ceramex.ca within 48 hours.

  • Liability: Ceramex is not responsible for installation delays caused by shipping timelines.
     

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the material is in its original, unopened packaging and is from a current stocked dye lot.

  • Exclusions: Special orders, clearance items, and installed tiles are non-returnable.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee (typically 20-30%) may apply to returned goods.
     

6. Installation and Liability

  • Pre-Installation: Once a tile is installed, it is deemed accepted. No claims for shade, size, or visible defects will be honored after installation.

  • Professional Use: We strongly recommend all products be installed by a licensed professional following TCNA (Tile Council of North America) standards.
     

7. Limitation of Liability

Ceramex Tile & Stone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
